This is what we strive for with each and every client who works with our team. Our unique process follows four phases that have been tested through years of experience.

With the commencement of each contract, the team make sure that an extensive briefing process is undertaken. This important stage ensures that all parties are on the same page and are moving forward towards a final product that is exactly what was initially envisioned.

It is at this stage that clients showcase their inspiration; magazines clip-outs, photographs of friends’ homes, internet imagery, even social media posts. All of these materials help us to develop the same vision and move forward harmoniously.

With approved designs and our team of specialists, who have been involved from the beginning, the building can commence. Our clients are kept actively involved throughout this stage, as the superintendent keeps constant communication directly with the owners. Upon completion, we conduct a walk-through of the completed home and prepare for the handover.

With everything complete, the dream now a reality, and the new owners eagerly ready to start making their luxury house a home, the keys are handed over. Any site plans manuals, warranty information and emergency contact details are left with the owners and the Covenant Contracting Group is always available to answer future questions.
