Our group is owned and operated by business partners Joe Howland and Brandon Garmon. Specializing in concrete restoration, new construction, and marine construction, Covenant Contracting Group is ready to handle any project sent our way. We also offer other services including coatings, waterproofing, and impact doors & window supply and installation. With a combined 40+ years of construction experience, you know you and your project are in capable hands. Brandon Garmon started out working with a structural steel company and a commercial restoration contractor while attending school before graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Supervision and Management. He also went on to earn his MBA from LSUS in 2021. In 2011 Brandon became a state licensed Certified General Contractor and was the owner of a company specializing in restoration work before starting Covenant Contracting Group with Joe Howland. For 10 years Joe Howland was a project supervisor for one of the largest commercial concrete restoration contractors in Volusia County. In the years he spent working in this field, he has gained extensive knowledge and experience about concrete restoration, coatings, and door & window installations. Joe has also been remodeling homes for the past 18 years before starting Covenant Contracting Group with Brandon in 2018.
